Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable system architectures capable of supporting next-generation applications by 2026.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Lead the integration of advanced AI models and machine learning pipelines into core business processes.
- Quantum Readiness Strategy: Develop strategies and technical roadmaps to ensure our infrastructure is compatible with future quantum computing paradigms.
- Cloud-Native Transformation: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native environments, ensuring high availability and security.
- Strategic Visioning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
- Talent & Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI Fluency: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and generative AI technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and architectural blueprints.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
