Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define the strategic vision and technical milestones for the company leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including advanced AI, edge computing, and next-gen cloud architectures.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Scalability & Future-Proofing: Design systems that are scalable, secure, and adaptable to the rapid pace of technological change.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-level initiatives.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating future tech trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
