Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for the 2026 technology transition, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of next-generation AI and Quantum Computing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate neural interface technologies into consumer hardware.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., synthetic biology integration, advanced robotics) and assess their viability for product integration.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and sustainability across all global deployments.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and technical standards bodies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, distributed systems, and edge computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++ with experience in quantum simulation frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments or R&D labs.
