Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the long-term technological vision, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, secure, and robust infrastructure for future technologies such as AGI integration and quantum-ready databases.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives, collaborating with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system integrity and interoperability across all platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into executable technical strategies.
- Risk Management: Anticipate future technical challenges and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A focus on AI, Quantum Mechanics, or Distributed Systems is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in high-level languages (Python, Rust) and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks and advanced AI model architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and executing on emerging technology trends with a focus on long-term impact.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve unstructured problems.
