Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Tech Vision 2026 strategy, aligning complex technical roadmaps with high-level business goals.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI, neural networks, and adaptive systems.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of radical innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, bulletproof security, and high-performance for global deployment.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering) and integrate them into the product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications and prototypes.
- Establish best practices for cloud infrastructure and data governance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, ethical AI implementation, and generative model deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the Web3 or Future Tech sectors is a major plus.
