As a key member of our elite architecture team, you will be responsible for translating high-level business objectives into robust technical roadmaps designed to meet our ambitious 2026 goals.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical strategy and architecture for our core products, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven analytics and edge computing, into our existing infrastructure.
- System Optimization: Lead critical architectural reviews and refactor legacy systems to support high-volume transaction processing and enhanced security protocols.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements that align with business goals.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Establish comprehensive governance frameworks and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in an evolving threat landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of system design patterns.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects and defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
