Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 product ecosystem, aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Direct R&D initiatives in quantum-secure communications and neuro-adjacent AI systems
- Manage $50M innovation budget across 3 international R&D centers
- Present roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 projects
- Mentor 15-person future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at director/executive level
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ ARR impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic required for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified Futurist (CFP) preferred
