Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and economic uncertainties affecting global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight research into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations communicating complex future scenarios to executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for potential partnership or acquisition
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Monitor horizon scanning methodologies to maintain competitive advantage in rapidly evolving sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or market research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating previous futures analysis projects or strategic foresight work
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
