Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze global megatrends (climate, demographic, economic) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Build predictive models for market disruption scenarios and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state concepts and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
