- Partner with R&D to translate future concepts into scalable commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate innovation
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- MBA or advanced degree in strategic foresight, economics, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
