Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical design of our infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 operational landscape.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum computing interfaces, Edge AI, and Web3 protocols into existing systems.
- Cloud-Native Strategy: Oversee the migration and optimization of our cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) to support high-velocity, microservices-based applications.
- Disaster Recovery & Resilience: Design robust failover systems and disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity in volatile market conditions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and implement AI-driven auto-scaling solutions to reduce latency and costs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into actionable architectural roadmaps.
- Security Certification: CISSP or equivalent security certification is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, large-scale infrastructure challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
