Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines and deployed models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align organizational values with AI deployment strategies
- Research emerging ethical challenges in AI and propose mitigation strategies
- Represent Nexus at industry conferences and contribute to AI ethics standards bodies
- Mentor junior team members in ethical AI principles and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in AI fairness, transparency, and accountability frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Proven track record of developing organizational AI ethics policies and compliance programs
- Strong technical understanding of ML model architectures and deployment systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ethical AI implementation projects
- Published research or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse preferred
