Responsibilities

- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native, and quantum-ready infrastructures.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and deployment pipelines.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI ethics, security, and compliance.
- Conduct architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced LLMs) to integrate into our roadmap.
- Drive the technical vision for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
