Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2035 corporate foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for board-level stakeholders across finance, tech, and sustainability verticals
- Author quarterly "Future State Briefings" synthesizing geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic indicators
- Collaborate with R&D to identify emerging technologies requiring strategic investment or divestment
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record translating future insights into C-suite actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum computing trajectories
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies or societal megatrends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
