Core Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable systems capable of integrating with future quantum processors.
- Develop hybrid AI models that leverage both classical and quantum computing resources.
- Lead the technical strategy for "2026 Readiness," ensuring our infrastructure is resilient against emerging threats and technological shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into deployable software solutions.
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance models for autonomous AI systems.
- Conduct research on novel algorithms to optimize computational efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for next-gen software development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) and familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
