Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Drive R&D investments in emerging technologies with potential 10x market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformational projects
- Mentor next-gen innovators through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience influencing Fortune 500 leadership
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
