The Role

Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructures capable of handling autonomous decision-making processes.

- Performance Optimization: Push the boundaries of computational efficiency to support massive-scale model training and inference.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, executable technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, unstructured engineering problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
