The Role
You will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents capable of self-directed reasoning and task execution. This is a rare opportunity to solve the hardest problems in AI orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and complex task execution.
- Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, and databases to create self-improving workflows.
- Optimize agent performance, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to define the roadmap for next-gen AI capabilities.
- Implement robust guardrails and safety measures to ensure AI alignment and reliability.
- Experiment with cutting-edge frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and custom agent architectures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering.
- Experience building production-grade APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for the future of AI.
