Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and model architectures for maximum performance and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the data science team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
