- Identify emerging technologies and market trends with 3-5 year predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with industry pioneers and research institutions
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through data-driven ROI projections
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor a team of 8+ innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with 5+ years in future planning
- Proven track record of launching products/strategies with 5+ year impact horizons
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (Harvard/MIT/Stanford)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and scaling global teams
- Deep knowledge of Web3, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
