Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications, screen calls, and draft professional correspondence
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain accurate financial records
- Support HR functions including onboarding, training coordination, and record management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
