Responsibilities
- Sourc, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and needs assessment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive talent
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
- Analyze market trends and provide data-driven recruitment strategies to clients
- Maintain 95%+ compliance with EEOC and DOL regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing agency environment
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
