Responsibilities
- Sourc, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for talent management
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Represent our agency at career fairs and networking events
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our proprietary database
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing environment
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expertise with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
