Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and tech
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ local businesses to understand hiring needs
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments using our proprietary evaluation framework
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize candidate pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to address hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement targets (minimum 15 placements/year)
- Expert knowledge of El Paso's labor market and industry-specific talent pools
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and social recruiting tools
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 90% offer acceptance rate
