Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse client positions across various industries
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Documenting recruitment activities and maintaining ATS data integrity
- Collaborating with team members to optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing environment
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and client satisfaction metrics
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and utilizing recruitment technology
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
