Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for urgent client openings using ATS platforms and direct outreach
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and fill positions within tight deadlines
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate data in recruitment CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record of filling urgent positions in San Antonio market
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume assignments simultaneously
- Strong understanding of local talent landscape in San Antonio
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
