As a temp associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our clients' supply chains remain seamless. We offer on-the-job training and a supportive team environment for those ready to step up.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and freight using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Packaging: Properly package, label, and prepare products for domestic and international shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic warehouse machinery (training provided upon hire).
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to reach the Seattle location.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and follow written instructions.
