Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects before processing.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and daily logs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and attendance.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.
