Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and manage digital filing systems.
- Assist with general office duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Support the administrative team with scheduling and calendar management.
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department.
- Prepare internal reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for team efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating small-scale company events and meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
