Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for client projects.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the administrative team with basic office duties, including printing, scanning, and supply management.
- Conduct research and compile basic information to assist in various ad-hoc projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors at the front desk.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with zero experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
