Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a professional demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date electronic and hard copy records.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for senior management.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos and reports.

Qualifications
