Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or take messages.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital office files and records.
- Prepare routine correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
- Support the administrative team with various ad-hoc projects and special events.
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
