- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our diverse client base.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage candidate data and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree in HR, Business, or Communications is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- A high level of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple candidates.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred for off-site events).
