Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and company culture.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (social media, job boards, networking) to identify and attract top-tier talent for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Placement Support: Facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, guiding both parties to successful placements.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers to our talent pool.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software or ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is highly desirable.
