Responsibilities
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize various platforms to identify, source, and screen potential talent for open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external candidates.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage recruitment pipelines.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required with relevant experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Drive: Self-motivated individuals with a desire to succeed and earn commissions based on performance.
