Responsibilities
- Conducting proactive outreach to potential candidates via phone, email, and social media.
- Screening and interviewing applicants to assess their skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborating with recruiters and account managers to fill open positions.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are mandatory.
- A drive to learn and succeed in a commission-based structure.
