Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate skills/qualifications
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Participate in recruitment events and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- 0-2 years in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
