Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for our diverse client base.
- Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new recruiting software quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
