Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, availability, and salary expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and video interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Client Relations: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide top-tier service.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate advice to candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience is necessary. We train all new hires from scratch.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and coachable with a 'hustle' mentality.
- Technology: Proficient in using computers and navigating the internet.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for occasional evening events.
