Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse job openings
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Post job openings on multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to sharpen recruitment skills
Qualifications
