Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct detailed phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate documentation
- Facilitate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and clients
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance recruitment techniques
- Contribute to team performance goals by filling open positions efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates strongly encouraged to apply
