Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess skills/culture fit
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Assist with job postings, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment analytics
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
