Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand staffing needs
- Document recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Participate in recruitment events and industry networking activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS software
