Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics using our CRM system
- Facilitate interview scheduling and provide timely updates to all stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance recruitment expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
