As a Recruiter Trainee, you will be the face of our agency, helping candidates find their dream jobs and companies find their perfect employees.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates via phone and email.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for open positions.
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends in the Houston area.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Reliable transportation (local travel may be required).
