Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate skills/culture fit
- Manage applicant tracking system data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Assist with job postings across digital platforms and professional networks
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years in recruitment, customer service, or sales support
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving and relationship-building mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
