Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries from potential candidates and clients in a professional and polite manner.
- Assist job seekers with the registration process and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to identify staffing needs and match candidates.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (or currently pursuing).
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
