Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Utilize various platforms to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and CRM records.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
