As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in connecting local talent with top employers in the Central Valley.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules between job seekers and hiring managers.
- Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate candidate and client records in our internal systems.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Research: Research job market trends in the Fresno area to better serve our clients.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide paid training!
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
