Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews for potential candidates.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for hiring managers.
- Assist in marketing open positions through various channels to attract top talent.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
